Scope of Work

What was the scope of work for this house extension?

Extending existing 1940s double brick bungalow house by ~100 m2 adding a bathroom, dinning, lounge, mudroom, laundry/bathroom, terrace, secure storage and carport. Alter existing house layout of the hallway/kitchen walls, adding entirely new roof/ceilings and rewire the whole house.

Original Plans

This is the original floor plans of the existing two (2) bedroom bungalow house with ~86 m2 floorspace excluding the deck area.

Extension Plans

Here are the extension floor plans for the existing house converting it into a three (3) bedroom bungalow house with an additional ~100 m2 floorspace/rooms excluding carport and underfloor terrace storage area.
